Despite the impact that COVID-19 had on St. David’s and every church, we continue to find more ways to reach out to members and friends in need.
Homebound parishioners and others who need special care receive regular visits, flowers, cards, and seasonal remembrances from the clergy and fellow parishioners. The clergy and Lay Eucharistic Ministers (LEMs) also take communion to those who are homebound or in the hospital, as requested.
Above all else, pastoral care is about being a holy presence with those who are, for many reasons, away from the church. Pastoral care ministers bear God’s love with others when they write cards, deliver flowers, and share communion.
If you have pastoral care needs, prayer requests, or if you would like to take part in the pastoral care ministries of the church, please contact Fr. Todd.
If you have a pastoral care emergency, please call the church to obtain the cell phone number of the priest on call.
